Course Title: Mold Prevention/Operation and Maintenance
Course Description: This course is designed for property maintenance workers who would perform small scale mold remediation as well as mold prevention.
Preventive maintenance and comprehensive checklists will assist students to identify and prevent mold related problems. The O & M section of this class will train the workers on OSHA hazard communication, injury illness prevention, personal protective equipment, respiratory protection, decontamination procedures and hands on remediation designed for small scale mold cleanup jobs.
