Course Title: EPA Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor & OSHA Competent Person
Course Description: For supervisors who direct workers engaged in asbestos removal, encapsulation, enclosure and repair. Course builds upon topics covered in the 5-day Worker Training Program. In addition to meeting requirements under section 206 of TSCA, EPA Final Rule 40 CFR Part 763 (AHERA) and OSHA, course meets requirements of CAL-OSHA for competent Person Status. Audience: Supervisor who give direction to workers engaged in asbestos operations.
